F2F Men’s Focus Group

F2F Men’s Focus Group strives to serve the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of men.

We create opportunities for men to reacquaint themselves with their essentially masculine nature, and to express what they find in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Our experience tells us that by hearing the stories of other men, we often discover that we face common questions even as we navigate our different journeys. We come away from our encounters with other men enriched by the experience, enjoying a deeper clarity within ourselves about who we really are beneath the hustle and chaos of modern life.

Through F2F meetings, in the company of a few good men in their common search for deeper meaning, you are offered the opportunity to explore your own framework and personal experience of being a man, in your relationships and in today’s world, without judgement or condemnation, whilst being moderated by an experienced facilitator.

Authentic Man F2F Focus Group meets fortnightly on Thursday nights during school terms. This is not a “drop-in” group, limited places, bookings are essential by contacting Graham:
