Line in the Sand (LITS) – Relationship Education Program for Leaders

This is an invitation for male LEADERS who would like to be part of making a huge difference in the world.

This is a callout to men in leadership roles to step into a safe, confidential and professionally facilitated process of exploration, discovery, self-evaluation and skill-building. It’s an invitation for you to join us on a newly formatted, and special ‘Line in the Sand’ Relationship Education Program for Leaders on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th October on the Gold Coast.

There will also be a range of ongoing one to one follow up support calls (phone or zoom) after these two days.

Attending may take some leadership courage from you, and even a little bit of vulnerability, as this is leading, cutting edge work, with a paradigm shift away from previous men’s programs. This leadership-focused program will inspire you to be a community way-shower in promoting more positive, harmonious relationships.

There will only be 24 places available for this special Leaders LIT program.

Line in the Sand – Program overview

This ‘Line in the Sand’ work is for ALL MEN who wish to explore and bring about positive change in their relationships.

This is about men taking some positive action and responsibility for their attitudes, beliefs, emotions, actions and behaviours. It is not always about making big changes, even learning to change small, often subtle things, can, and do, make a substantial difference. The point is, something has to change and the only one that can really make that change is the man willing to look at and explore his own, unique ‘Line in the Sand’.

This is why we do not dictate the terms. We facilitate a process where men come to explore what it is that needs to be changed and then make that decision themselves. Of course, we help, guide and support the men to get to this point, but ultimately, it is each man deciding his own course of action to make some positive changes in his relationships and life.

In these safe and professionally facilitated ‘Line in the Sand’ programs, men get to see and experience the power of this self-reflective process. It brings a greater understanding of their own relationship dynamics and gives each man a more skilful, communicative, harmonious and rewarding relationship.

Here is what Rob Clark from ‘Say Yes to Family Peace’ has to say about his experience in a workshop:

“I highly recommend the work of Adrian Hanks and the Blue Wren Foundation. This was a very professional weekend workshop holding a strong, compassionate, nurturing and challenging space for men to get clear about who they are within themselves and within their relationships. For me, I gained a clearer understanding of the ways my relating style does not serve me or my relationship as well as how my strengths and gifts do make me a good man growing better all the time. There is not a hint of blame or shame and I did not feel for one moment any negative judgement about who we are as men even though we were all guided to dive deep to tap into our inner world.

I honour and thank the facilitators Adrian Hanks and Barry Auchettl, brilliant work good men, simply brilliant. The work of the Blue Wren Foundation makes a real difference in the world of men, no matter what their story, age or status.
I, on behalf of the ‘Say Yes to Family Peace’ Initiative, wholeheartedly recommend the work of the Blue Wren Foundation, may it continue to grow and prosper in bringing this powerful, transformational work of men.”

Engaging and participating in one of our ‘Line in the Sand’ workshops

If (when!) you choose to step in and do one of our LITS workshops, you will be guided, nurtured, positively challenged and supported. To ‘go there – to go to, and explore, the places that will help you to see, realise, understand, change and transform what needs to be done. So that you can feel better about yourself and how you are in your relationships and to show to others that you are a ‘Good Man’ who is willing to stand up and make a difference. In doing this you will gain so much more self-power and inner strength that other men around you will learn much from you. In this way, this work can spread positively across our many communities. By participating you will be making a difference – thank you!
