WAM (Women & Men) Online Workshop: Stress & Anxiety

The WAM (Women & Men) Online Workshop: Stress & Anxiety:

  • How do you cope with stress and/or anxiety?
  • Awareness of potential triggers;
  • Develop deeper connections through sharing and exploration.

Men’s Wellbeing (MWB) is launching a new series of WAM (Women and Men) Online Workshops in partnership with the Women’s Wellbeing Association (WWA).

These online workshops are limited to 12x participants.

Tickets are just:

$25. or $10 Concession

Each WAM Workshop explores a different theme, like;

  • Anger
  • Change & Resilience

Each WAM Workshop has two facilitators, one from each organisation: MWB and WWA.

We encourage you to support this new initiative, attend the workshop/s that appeal to you, invite a friend (man or woman) and enjoy an evening of exploration and connection.
