Urban Archer Dojo – Dare To See
Urban Archer Dojo – Dare To See – YOUR LIFE IS THE SACRED MIRROR
“Life is like a mirror: If you frown at them, they will frown back; if you smile at them, they will return a blessing.” – William Makepeace Thackeray
Everything is reflected in the mirror. Every aspect of our perception of reality has a mirror.
Step into a safe, playful space where compassion for yourself and curiosity about your journey come together. In this space, we’ll explore how to perceive — how every aspect of our reality is mirrored in our relationships and our self-awareness.
The common denominator of the mirror experience is that if you dare to look, you will always see what you need to see.
With a mirror, there is everything. Everything you need lies in the mirror. All that remains is to dare to see.
What to Expect:
- Nature Connection: Immerse yourself in the beauty of the outdoors, allowing it to ground and inspire you.
- Archery Practice: Discover focus, intuition, and self-awareness through this engaging activity.
- Movement Practices: Experience the power of physical awareness as we explore space and embodiment.
- “The karanas are commonly described as dance positions but they have a much deeper significance. The root meaning of Karana is that which causes things to happen.”
- Self-Reflection and Compassion: Engage in group activities designed to deepen your understanding of feelings and emotions like anger, fear, joy, sadness and shame—all with their unique lessons.
We’ll delve into the transformative power of relationships, starting with the most important one: the relationship with yourself. Confronting our fears and embracing vulnerability can lead us to new levels of intimacy and connection.
We will meet on Sunday, 8th of December, 1 pm – 5 pm at Warrandyte
A new journey towards the collective field of relationships begins!
Life is a relationship. Relationships are our sacred mirror.
Every relationship begins and ends with our relationship with self-awareness.
The fear of seeing and the fear of showing. Fear is the gate to the unknown.
