‘Brainwave Entrainment’ is an area of science that has been researched and proven over a course of 100+ years. It works by using special tones and pulses, which replicate your brainwave frequencies.

By lowering these pulses gradually, your brainwaves follow this pattern (this is the bit they call ‘brainwave entrainment). This means your brain starts accessing those deeper states of mind that would normally take hours to reach while conscious.

This is a perfectly natural process. Think of using brainwave sounds as being like using a microwave, and regular meditation like using a stove. They both do the same job, but one is much more efficient!
