Discover the transformational power of your breath. Each morning on a live zoom call, you will be guided through foundational Pranayama techniques – gentle, accessible breathwork practice from the Yoga tradition.
The sessions will focus on understanding the mechanics of how we breathe and aim to support you to expand awareness of your natural, habitual breath while connecting you with other men and creating a sense of community and motivation.
