Ecstatic Rest ~ Immersion

After a break to rest and reset, I am truly excited and delighted to present my first in-person retreat in a long time!

Join us for a rich and rejuvenating Ecstatic Rest Retreat at the Wild Love Sanctuary in Warrandyte, on Saturday & Sunday, May 14th and 15th.

Presented by myself, Ecstatic Dance Melbourne’s Madhu Honey, and Samantha Rose, we welcome you into the hearth of a deep return to the ecstatic fullness of your breath, body and each other.

Join us for an ‘Ecstatic Body Ceremony’ on the Saturday afternoon, and/or a whole day of ‘Ecstatic Breath’ and movement exploration’ on the Sunday.

Indulge in hot tub, river walks, feasts and more, whilst we take you through a rich tapestry of Ecstatic breathwork, flow yoga and Ecstatic movement & dance.
