Forgiveness Half-Day Retreat
Forgiveness Half-Day Retreat, imagine, rewarding yourself on a Sunday morning at Kupidabin Wilderness Retreat, in the foothills of picturesque Mount Samson, as you explore the ‘gift of forgiveness’ from a perspective of love and kindness.
Over four hours, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind from the city, relax in nature, connect with other beautiful souls and share a journey of transformational personal healing. Forgiveness is about accepting responsibility for how you feel, healing ‘hidden wounds’ and releasing any hold the past may have on you.
Who to forgive?
Have you ever felt betrayed by someone close to you? Have you let your guard down and trusted someone, only to be disappointed and left feeling hurt? Are you finding it hard to let go and move on?
Maybe it’s not others but yourself that you can’t forgive, for something you did or didn’t do in the past? Are you still privately carrying some guilt or shame around this?
“A life lived without forgiveness is a prison.” – William Arthur Ward
a profound healing experience
The Forgiveness Half-Day Retreat is a profound healing experience. It is something that needs to be experienced to comprehend the magnitude of the gift. The hardest part of the Forgiveness Retreat is having the courage to book in and show up on the day. Once you arrive, you’ll be welcomed and invited to release the burden of these judgements – to free yourself once and for all.
Some participants report experiencing positive changes in their lives, as soon as they make the commitment to book in (even before the Forgiveness Retreat has ‘officially’ commenced). I believe this is the Universe rewarding you for making a commitment to your own healing and personal growth.
In this unique experiential workshop, we’ll explore forgiveness from a fresh enlightened perspective, moving from fear and victimhood toward love … and even gratitude.
Note: Although a loving and non-judgemental workshop, due to the nature of the subject matter, some people may feel triggered and have some deep emotions stirred. This is where the gift of transformation often happens.
“Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself.” – Suzanne Somers

Thank you Craig for your deep presence in facilitating this workshop
Craig’s forgiveness workshop was an amazing place to understand what forgiveness is and why I need to forgive. It was so good to be able to feel myself go on a short journey of discovery into the people or situations that have hurt us.
Craig created a safe place to be aware of what I was holding on to and connect and process my grief that was stopping me from forgiving me and others that have hurt me. I appreciate that we were doing some moving processes to release and get to a place of forgiveness or consider forgiveness as an option.
Craig’s gentle, yet clear approach allowed everyone to be validated in moving towards forgiveness.
Thank you Craig for your deep presence in facilitating this workshop and for holding all of us to acknowledge and release our grief to forgive again.
