The past 2 years have been challenging, frustrating and emotional and I can completely understand if you feel that you have lost complete control of your life.

With the last full moon of the year upon us, it is time to close out any negative energy and feelings that may be holding you back and usher in a new year with new, positive energy.

It’s time that we as men take accountability for our lives and to stand up for those we love the most. This is the perfect opportunity to share all of those unwanted, non-value-adding emotions as a means of releasing them into the night air.

We will then work with you to replace that with value-adding, accountability has driven positive energy.

This event will enable you to be either guided in your release and intention setting process or to be in a safe, supported space where you can do this yourself.

We will be using a number of tools such as gratitude, breathwork, meditation and good old fashioned talking and listening.
